At Restaurant Landing Page, we view the plate as a canvas for the local landscape. Our story is written in the rich, volcanic soil of our estate and narrated through the hands of those who tend to it.
We reject the industrialization of flavor. Instead, we embrace the unpredictability of the seasons, the wisdom of regenerative agriculture, and the slow, deliberate craft of wood-fired preparation. Every ingredient is harvested at its absolute peak, often arriving in our kitchen with the morning dew still upon it.
90% of our ingredients are sourced within a 50-mile radius, primarily from our own 12-acre bio-dynamic estate.
Traditional preservation meets modern technique. We utilize open-fire roasting, fermentation, and heritage curing.

Wild-Caught Coastal Halibut
Line-caught off Shelter Island. Accompanied by a fermented ramp emulsion, sea beans, and charred leek oil.
Dry-Aged Estate Duck
From Hudson Valley Estates. Honey-glazed with fermented plums, parsnip silk, and a reduction of toasted spices.
